Clips & Clamps Industries (CCI) officially started in 1954, but our roots run deeper than that. Estelle C. Dul, the founder of CCI, began her career at the age of 17. Working various manufacturing careers, Estelle committed herself to working hard and eventually purchased Collord Corporation, paving the way for the creation of Clips & Clamps Industries. Originally created to focus on metalforming, CCI expanded to include multiple value-added engineering services.
Our goal is to exceed your expectations. Because of our commitment to our core values, our customers are able to complete world-class projects successfully.
We’ve built an in-house process and company culture that allows our people to exemplify these core values in everything we do. We live these values out in communication with customers, so they always know where a project stands. Our team is also committed to making sure we have the best training and experience, so the parts and products you need are always of the highest quality and built with the latest, best practices in mind.
We don’t see what we do as just forming metal. We see it as creating solutions and solving problems for our customers through practical and economical manufacturing processes.
Our Team |
Our team members are well trained, empowered, and motivated, so your parts and products are always made to the specifications you need to complete projects. |

We review and comply to all specifications and regulations on every product and output operation we perform.
We strive to prevent pollution through reviews of new and previous product production, recycling, proper disposal, and creating a safe work environment.
We’re always open to new techniques, requests, and suggestions on how Clips & Clamps Industries can improve our impact on the environment.
Our team is always working to minimize the plant’s consumption of energy, water, and non-recyclable composition and to improve our fiscally responsible environmental management.
"The apprenticeship that CCI gave me has been life-changing. My schooling has offered me a wealth of knowledge I wouldn’t otherwise have access to. I now have a career to look forward to opposed to a slew of odd jobs. Clips and Clamps has helped secure my future and I couldn’t be more grateful for the company or to the people running it. The opportunity has also afforded me the chance to pursue my Associate’s degree."
Shannan Szarek | Fourslide Apprentice
"Getting an apprenticeship really changed my life. I had always worked as a machinist, mechanic, carpenter, electrician, and just about every skilled trades job I could get into, but it was the tool and die apprenticeship that really made a lasting impact on my life as a whole. Through the state-certified program, I completed 8888 hrs of on the job and school training. I then continued on in school to receive my associate's degree in manufacturing trades. All of which was company sponsored. As a result, my pay has gone up and my quality of life has steadily increased. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead, and relish the opportunity that comes with it."
Josh Danko | Tool & Die Maker
"I’ve had a great time working at Clips & Clamps. I started working here while in high school and completed the apprenticeship program for Tool & Die that they offer. Clips & Clamps has always worked hard at investing in its employees and facility, and over the last 15 years, it has really improved the company greatly. They contribute to the community and try to educate the youth of the surrounding community with what manufacturing is and its importance in our lives. Clips & Clamps has been a great place to work at and a huge influence in my career."
Stephen Derosia | Tool & Die Maker/Tooling Department Leader
