18 Apr Jeff Ross Named Director of Operations
Clips & Clamps Industries (CCI) recently welcomed Jeff Ross as Director of Operations with responsibilities applying to quality, manufacturing, efficiency and day-to-day, shop floor management.
“Since joining CCI, I’ve been organizing teams and implementing new systems to streamline processes and achieve continuous improvement,” said Jeff. “This involves working with members from manufacturing, engineering and quality control. I’m also seeking to take better advantage of our software in order to maximize efficiency.”
Jeff brings to the position considerable experience. He spent the first 15 years of his career as a press operator, die setter and die maker. For the past 17 years he’s served as either plant manager or operations manager at companies focused on stamping, injection molding, and welded assemblies.
“I’m impressed at the level of expertise at Clips & Clamps. The company’s emphasis on individual training is exceptional,” added Jeff. “Through apprenticeships and education programs, CCI’s workforce is as talented as I’ve ever seen.
